Sky Lords 3D is an independent game developed by ASA Studio, a small studio based in Marrakech, Morocco. The studio publishes apps and games for mobile and the web.

The idea: a real 3D air-combat game that starts in one click, with no download and short, fast sessions.

What Sky Lords 3D is

Sky Lords 3D is a 3D air-combat game for the browser. You fly a fighter jet, shoot down waves of enemy aircraft, drop bombs at the right moment and face six bosses. Between missions you spend your credits in the hangar on new aircraft and extra bombs.

How it is built

The game runs on Three.js, a 3D library that works in any recent browser without a plugin. The hills, lakes, trees and jets are generated by the game itself, which keeps the download small and the start fast.

What comes next

The landscape, the lighting and the aircraft have been reworked several times already, and the progress is shared openly on X (@SkyLords3D). Player feedback decides what comes next.

The game is free. Ads appear around the game, never over it, to fund development and updates.
